Due to the dual nature of nuclear knowledge, there is sensitivity regarding the access of countries to this knowledge. International community, and especially, the great powers, have been trying to prevent the rise of nuclear states. By contrast, states willing to acquire nuclear knowledge seek to achieve their goals through different strategies such as engagement, negotiation, confrontation, détente, confidence building. Iran has been working to achieve nuclear knowledge since the 1950s. Nevertheless, the most important attempts were done after the Islamic Revolution and in particular since 1382 onwards. The examination of Iran's nuclear strategies during the period from 2003 to 2016 suggests shifts and fluctuatation in these strategies. The purpose of this article is to examine the variables affecting Iran's different nuclear strategies and to answer this question: Which factors have contributed to the change of Iran's nuclear strategy over the years and how can various nuclear strategies of Iran be explained? The research findings indicate that the type of strategy and behavior Iran has adopted in relation to the nuclear issue has been a mixture of external factors (international system) and internal factors (internal structure, power and type of perception of the decision-makers of Iran's foreign policy). In the mentioned period , each government translated international pressures due to its internal capabilities and perceptions and according to which, responded to the international system}, keywords = {Foreign Policy,nuclear strategy,change,neoclassical realism}, title_fa = {راهبردهای هسته‌ای متفاوت ایران؛ تبیینی از دریچه واقع‌گرایی نئوکلاسیک}, abstract_fa = {این مقاله از چشم انداز واقع گرایی نئوکلاسیک بر تجزیه و تحلیل راهبردهای ایران در زمینه پیش برد برنامه هسته‌ای پس از 1382، پرداخته است و این گونه توضیح می‌دهد که بررسی راهبردهای هسته‌ای ایران در طول دوره زمانی 1382 تا 1395 حاکی از تغییر و نوسان در این راهبردها است و با توجه به این که در طول این دوره زمانی راهبرد یکسانی در پیش برد برنامه هسته‌ای ایران وجود نداشته است، به طور مشخص هدف این مقاله بررسی علل و متغیرهای تأثیرگذار در راهبردهای هسته‌ای متفاوت ایران و پاسخ‌گویی به این پرسش است که: چه عواملی باعث تغییر در راهبرد هسته‌ای ایران در طول سال‌های مذکور شده و چگونه می‌توان این تغییر در راهبرد هسته‌ای ایران را تبیین نمود؟ یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که نوع راهبرد و رفتاری که ایران در قبال موضوع هسته‌ای اتخاذ کرده است آمیزه‌ای از تعامل عوامل بیرونی (نظام بین‌الملل) و عوامل داخلی (ساختار و قدرت داخلی و نوع ادراک نخبگان تصمیم‌گیرنده سیاست خارجی ایران) بوده است. در دوره زمانی 1382 تا 1395 هرکدام از دولت‌ها با توجه به ظرفیت‌های داخلی و برداشتهای خود، فشارهای ساختاری نظام بین‌الملل را ترجمه کرده و به آن پاسخ داده‌اند. روش پژوهش در این مقاله توصیفی- تحلیلی است.}, keywords_fa = {سیاست خارجی,راهبرد هسته‌ای,تغییر,رئالیسم نئوکلاسیک,ساختار داخلی,برداشت نخبگان}, url = {https://interpolitics.guilan.ac.ir/article_2486.html}, eprint = {https://interpolitics.guilan.ac.ir/article_2486_5f0cfa425f0e8c5c0f8dcb033a616a42.pdf} }
