On the other hand, the process of theorizing has always been affected by various exogenous/endogenous developments, each of which has brought a range of consequences and results. Among the exogenous developments, the United States” role refers to a specific analytical perspective. In this regard, the main question is “How can the role-playing framework of the United States be explained and described in relation to the process of formation and evolution of international relations theory?” In response, the main hypothesis is that: “To examine and explain how the United States influences the process of formation and transformation of International Relations theorization, it is possible to use the variables such as “the normative and value framework”, “policy needs directed at national interests” and “the ability to produce science”.” To test the hypothesis, the “explanatory/analytical” research method was used, and the theoretical framework is the Sociology of knowledge which is used in the form of a type of interconnection with Foucault”s views. In the conclusion, it is also revealed that any type of reflection and content evaluation regarding the theories of International Relations, especially in the domain of rationalist theories, requires attention to how these theories are linked or influenced by the US hardware and software elements, which refers to the existence of a kind of “contextuality and culture cultivation”.}, keywords = {Sociology of Knowledge,The United States normative-value system,Theorization of International Relations,The Role and national interests of the United States}, title_fa = {آمریکا و نظریه‌پردازی روابط بین‌الملل: برداشتی انتقادی از مولفه‌های نظام‌هنجاری، سیاست‌قدرت و تولید‌علم}, abstract_fa = {نظریه‌پردازی به‌عنوان بخش تفکیک‌ناپذیرحوزه‌‌ی مطالعاتی روابط بین‌الملل دانسته شده که چارچوب عمده‌ای از کنش‌های علمی و معرفتی عالمان این رشته و روند تحول و پیشرفت آن را دربر می‌گیرد. از سوی دیگر، روند نظریه‌پردازی همواره از تحولات برون/ درون‌زای گوناگونی تأثیر پذیرفته که هر یک دامنه‌ای از پی‌آمدها و نتایج را همراه داشته است. در میان تحولات برون‌زا، چگونگی نقش‌آفرینی آمریکا به دورنمای تحلیلی خاصی اشاره دارد. در این مورد پرسش مورد نظر اینکه: چگونه می‌توان چارچوب نقش‌آفرینی ایالات‌متحده در ارتباط با روند شکل‌گیری و تحول نظریه‌پردازی روابط بین‌الملل را بررسی و توضیح داد؟ در پاسخ، فرضیه‌ی اصلی نیز عبارتست از اینکه: برای بررسی و توضیح چگونگی تأثیر-گذاری ایالات‌متحده بر روند شکل‌گیری و دگرگونی نظریه‌پردازی روابط بین‌الملل، می‌توان از متغیر‌های چارچوب هنجاری و ارزشی، نیازهای سیاستگذاری معطوف به منافع‌ملی و توانمندی تولید علم بهره برد. در این ارتباط، نگرش‌های ملهم از «روابط بین‌الملل انتقادی» در جهت تحقق جامعیّت پژوهشی؛ از نقشی تعیین کننده برخوردار است. برای آزمون فرضیه از روش «توضیحی‌/ تحلیلی» سود برده و چارچوب نظری نیز «جامعه‌شناسی شناخت» می‌باشد که در قالب نوعی همپیوندی با آراء فوکو، مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. در دستاوردهای پژوهش نیز آشکار می-شود که هر نوع تأمل و ارزیابی محتوایی در خصوص نظریه‌های روابط بین‌الملل به‌ویژه در حوزه‌‌ی نظریه‌های خرداگرا، نیازمند توجه به چگونگی پیوند‌یابی یا تأثیرپذیری نظریه‌های مزبور با عناصر سخت و نرم‌افزاری آمریکا می‌باشد، آنچه که به وجود نوعی «زمینه‌مندی و فرهنگ‌پروردگی» اشاره دارد.}, keywords_fa = {جامعه‌شناسی شناخت,نظام هنجاری – ارزشی آمریکایی,نظریه‌پردازی روابط بین‌الملل,نقش و منافع‌ملی آمریکا}, url = {https://interpolitics.guilan.ac.ir/article_6033.html}, eprint = {https://interpolitics.guilan.ac.ir/article_6033_513eecf19ace16c74ba99ee77a201940.pdf} }
