The election will have short-term, medium-term and long-term effects on Britain, the European Union and the whole world, as in the short term, the departure of Britain from the European Union has caused a lot of shocks to the economy and markets, and a new wave of extremist nationalism and attacks against Immigrants and ethnic minorities. In the medium term, elections can trigger the reaction of governments and other peoples, and they also want a referendum to exit from the EU, which has been revealed in countries such as Italy, Greece and the Netherlands. With the continuation of this trend, the euro, the common currency of the European Union will be further affected, and this could change the nature of the euro and lead to a reduction in investment in the region, which will have no other consequence than the recession for Europe and the world. The main question of this article is that the departure of Britain from the perspective of legal, geopolitical and political implications of the political and security implications for the future of the European Union? The hypothesis is that the departure of Britain from the European Union will cause the organization to face the challenge of adapting to new legal, political, economic, and commercial geopolitical issues for several years. خروج بریتانیا از اتحادیه اروپا که در پی یک همه‌پرسی در سال ۲۰۱۶ رخ داده پیامدهای سیاسی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی در پی خواهد داشت و <em>برگزیت</em> می‌تواند اثرات مهمی در آینده اتحادیه اروپا بگذارد. <em>برگزیت</em> اثرات کوتاه مدت، میان مدت و دراز مدت بر بریتانیا، اتحادیه اروپا و کل جهان خواهد گذاشت همان گونه که در کوتاه مدت، خروج بریتانیا از اتحادیه اروپا، شوک‌های فراوانی بر اقتصاد و بازارها واردکرد و موج جدیدی از ملی گرایی افراطی و حملات علیه مهاجران و اقلیت های نژادی را پدید آورد. در میان مدت، <em>برگزیت</em> می‌تواند واکنش دولت‌ها و مردم کشورهای دیگر را برانگیزد و آن ها نیز خواهان همه پرسی برای خروج از اتحادیه اروپا بشوند که نشانگان آن در کشورهایی همچون ایتالیا، یونان و  هلند آشکار شده است. با ادامه این روند، یورو، واحد پول مشترک اتحادیه اروپا بیشتر متاثر می شود و این موضوع می‌تواند ماهیت یورو را تغییر دهد و کاهش سرمایه‌گذاری در این منطقه را به دنبال داشته باشد که حاصلی جز رکود برای اروپا و جهان نخواهد داشت. سوال اصلی این مقاله آن است که خروج بریتانیا  از منظر حقوقی، ژئوپلیتیکی و سیاسی پیامدهای سیاسی و امنیتی چه تاثیراتی بر آینده اتحادیه اروپا خواهد داشت؟ فرضیه بدین ترتیب قابل طرح می باشد که خروج بریتانیا از اتحادیه اروپا باعث خواهد شد تا این سازمان برای چندین سال با چالش چگونگی سازش با شرایط جدید در ابعاد حقوقی، ژئوپلیتیکی سیاسی، اقتصادی، تجاری مواجه باشد https://interpolitics.guilan.ac.ir/article_2793_8253e5772318053954036c0322f17433.pdf
