Abstract

During the second half of the twentieth century globalization as a multifaceted phenomenon, created dramatic changes in the international system. The most important of these developments arising from the impact of the economic aspects of globalization (ie globalization) to encourage more governments to expand presence in regional markets as well as define the political identity of economic maneuver aimed at increasing - Regional new. Middle East not immune from these effects and a different way in terms of location, economic globalization was the purpose of your forces. The process of economic cooperation of governments in the region in the form of increased international organizations and institutions. The Persian Gulf Cooperation Council, an organization under the system in the Persian Gulf, as one of the best and most modern project-oriented regional integration is introduced. In this regard, the importance of the topic of this article is trying integrative approach in conceptual, theoretical and methodological studying the impact of economic globalization on economic integration and regionalism in the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council, the possibility of formation of economic regionalism the organization is evaluated. Research findings indicate that the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council in the context of a regional system providers, to accelerate the integration process so that a different type of economic regionalism in the Middle East today shows Accordingly, it can be said that the possibility of the formation of economic regionalism in the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council is not faced with doubts.
