Abstract

In the years since Georgia's independence, the Islamic Republic of Iran has been able to establish close relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran. However, along with the components of many in recent years for convergence between the two countries, the grounds for divergence in relations between Iran and Georgia may in future years to come and these agents can be in the fields of economy and security, the security of the Islamic Republic of Iran influence Be Most of these factors are rooted in the presence of foreign actors in the South Caucasus region, especially in Georgia. The main question: What factors influenced the divergence of Iran-Georgia relations in the middle years of 2000 to 2016? Research hypothesis: The most important factors affecting the divergence of relations between the two countries should be investigated in internal and external factors, which show in their two areas of security-political and economic.
