Presenting the establishment model of Article 44 of the Constitution with an emphasis on the pathology of ten years of privatization processes in Iran (Case of study: Privatization of transportation industry)

Abstract

This study has been done with the aim of providing model for the establishment of the 44th principle the constitution with emphasis on the pathology of the ten-year process of privatization in Iran (case of study: privatization of the transportation industry). The current research is considered a mixed research method in terms purpose, applied research type, method type, and data collection method. The statistical population included 15 experts in the qualitative part and 282 people in the quantitative part of all managers and experts of the country's privatization organization, from which sample of 163 people was selected. The main data collection tool in the field section includes a semi-structured interview (in the qualitative section) and a researcher-made questionnaire with 63 items based on a five-point Likert scale (in the quantitative section). In order to analyze the data qualitative part the theme analysis method (theme) and Max Quda software and the fuzzy Delphi method with MatLab software, structural-interpretive analysis with MicMac software and finally to test the hypotheses from the structural equation modeling technique and SmartP software.
