تبین بحران ژئوپولیتیکی یمن: عوامل و بازیگران

چکیده

یمن اکنون یکی از کانون‌های بحرانیِ فعال در غرب آسیا است و کنشگران مختلفی در سطوح داخلی،منطقه‌ای و برون منطقه ای با هدف کسب نتیجه‌گیری مطلوب، در طول بحران جاری به ایفای نقش پرداخته‌اند. مسئله‌ مهم در خصوص تحولات یمن کنکاش راجع به ریشه های پیدایش و تداوم این بحران و راهبردها و دلائل اصلی مداخله‌ی کنشگران درگیر است. پژوهش حاضر درصدد پاسخ به این سؤال است که علل اصلی مداخله‌ی کنشگران منطقه‌ای و فرامنطقه‌ای در بحران جاری یمن کدامند؟ فرضیه‌  پژوهش این است که عربستان سعودی و امارات متحده عربی با توجه به ادراک تهدید نسبت به تنگناهای ژئوپلیتیکی از ناحیه جنوب، به مناطق راهبردی یمن چشم دوخته‌اند و در نتیجه همین مسئله منجر به تهاجم به خاک این کشور شده است.کنشگران ذی‌نفع دیگر یعنی ایران،آمریکا، چین،اسرائیل با توجه به اهمیت تنگه باب المندب، خلیج عدن و سایر بنادر استراتژیک یمن به کنشگری پرداخته‌اند .یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از این است که بحران یمن بیش از آنکه نتیجه اختلاف ایدئولوژیکی میان حوثی‌ها و عربستان باشد، نشئت گرفته از تلاش بازیگران مهاجم از جمله عربستان و امارات ـ به صورت مستقیم ـ، اسرائیل و آمریکاـ به صورت غیرمستقیم ـ با هدف تسلط بر بخش‌های استراتژیک یمن،کاهش وابستگی به تنگه هرمز،کنترل تنگه‌ی باب‌المندب،تسلط بر بنادر عَدن، مُکلا، مخا، الحُدیده وجزایر میون، سُقُطری، زقر و حنیش می‌باشد،از سوی دیگر کنشگرانِ ذی نفعی نظیر ایران و چین، راهبرد خنثی‌سازی اهداف کشورهای مهاجم را در پیش گرفته‌اند.روش پژوهش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی بوده و شیوه‌ی گردآوری داده‌ها نیز اسنادی ـ کتابخانه‌ای است.

چکیده [English]

Yemen is now one of the critical centers of activity in Western Asia, and has launched many actors at the local, regional and transnational levels with a view to achieving the desired conclusion during the developments. An important issue regarding the developments in Yemen is the question of the roots of the emergence and continuation of this crisis and the main strategies and main reasons for the intervention of various actors. The present research seeks to answer this question from a critical geopolitical point of view, what are the main causes of the intervention of regional and transnational activists in the Yemeni crisis? The research hypothesis is that Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates have looked at the strategic areas of Yemen such as Iran, the United States, China, and Israel, have acted in the wake of the importance of the Strait of Bab-el-Mandeb, the Gulf of Aden and other strategic Yemeni ports. Research findings suggest that the Yemeni crisis is more than the result of an ideological disagreement between the Houthis and SUnited States indirectly aim to dominate the strategic sectors of Yemen, reduce their dependence on the Strait of Hormuz, control the Strait, control the ports of Aden, Mukalla, Mocha, Al Hudaydah and Mion Island, Socotra, Zuqar and Hanish. On the other hand, stakeholders such as Iran and China have taken the strategy of undermining the goals of the invading countries. The research is descriptive and analytical, and the data collection method is also a library document.
