With the expansion of international investment, arbitration institutions have become increasingly efficient and impartial mechanisms for resolving disputes between foreign investors and host states. In recent years, multifaceted economic, political, and social crises have contributed to the emergence of more complex disputes involving multiple individual claimants of diverse nationalities against states. Within this context, the concept of "mass investment claims" has emerged, referring to the simultaneous filing of multiple claims stemming from a common origin. This study, using a descriptive-analytical method and based on library sources, examines the legal foundations, structural features, and challenges of addressing such claims within the international investment arbitration system. Findings indicate that although mass claims mechanisms may enhance efficiency and reduce costs, they raise serious concerns regarding fair trial standards, claimant eligibility, and the absence of uniform procedural rules. These challenges highlight the need for reform and the development of more coherent frameworks in international investment arbitration.
