The Israeli-Palestinian conflict has historical roots, and the October 7, 2023 war, with its increased level of tension, has brought this conflict to a new stage. In the meantime, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates consider it important to play a role in it due to the considerations this crisis has created for them. Accordingly, the main question of the present research is what components have influenced the foreign policy approach of Qatar and the United Arab Emirates towards the Gaza crisis (2023-2025) and how the foreign policy of these two countries towards this crisis can be explained. The hypothesis suggests that both countries pursue support for the Palestinian cause within the framework of their national interests and considerations. The findings show that the difference in the elites' perception of ideological and security threats, the way they exploit soft power, and the way they regulate relations with the United States are the main factors in the difference in the foreign policy of these two countries towards the Gaza crisis.
