Recently, the application of completely autonomous systems artificial intelligence has become feasible in practice and will be used on a wide scale in the future. These systems will have ability to automatically select and identify their targets and carry out their mission without the control and involvement of human agents. the development of these systems has caused concern among experts and their fear is that these systems will not be able harmonize with international legal standards.This research tries examine the legal status of weapons equipped with artificial intelligence, of the principles of humanitarian rights, show that despite the belief of some robotics scientists, artificial intelligence will never be able to respect the principles humanitarian rights, and without a doubt, if it is given complete independence With these weaponscomplete removal of humans from the decision-making chain, international law will once serious and new challenges. One of the questions that comes to mind is that these systems commits a war crime or a violation humanitarian rights, who responsible for it, and what is the role of international institutions resolving the resulting disputes
