چکیده

پاندمی COVID-19. این بحران جهانی، چالش‌های بی‌سابقه‌ای را برای سیستم‌های بهداشتی و دولتی در سرتاسر جهان به وجود آورد و نشان داد که چگونه ناتوانی در مدیریت بحران‌های بهداشتی می‌تواند عواقب وخیمی برای حق بر سلامت شهروندان داشته باشد.این مقاله به بررسی دامنه مسئولیت دولت‌ها در شیوع و گسترش این پاندمی و تأثیرات آن بر حق بر سلامت می‌پردازد. با توجه به اینکه حق بر سلامت یکی از حقوق اساسی بشر است، دولت‌ها موظفند تا با اتخاذ تدابیر پیشگیرانه، تأمین منابع بهداشتی و درمانی، و اطلاع‌رسانی شفاف به مردم، این حق را برای شهروندان خود تضمین کنند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که ضعف در مدیریت بحران نه تنها سلامت عمومی را تهدید می‌کند، بلکه می‌تواند به نقض حقوق بشر و افزایش نابرابری‌ها منجر شود.در این راستا ضمن بهره گیری از نظریات مرتبط از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی استفاده خواهیم نمود و بهره خواهیم گرفت.

چکیده [English]

The COVID-19 pandemic. This global crisis has posed unprecedented challenges to health systems and governments around the world, and has shown how failing to manage health crises can have serious consequences for citizens’ right to health. This article examines the extent of government responsibility for the spread and spread of this pandemic and its implications for the right to health. Given that the right to health is a fundamental human right, governments have an obligation to ensure this right for their citizens by taking preventive measures, providing health and medical resources, and providing transparent information to the public. The results of this research show that weaknesses in crisis management not only threaten public health, but can also lead to human rights violations and increasing inequalities.In this regard, we will use the descriptive-analytical method while utilizing related theories And we will benefit.
